Aging Well: Mind, Body & Soul

"Aging Well: Mind, Body & Soul" will be presented by Diane Donohue, Community Ed Specialist for Delaware Hospice, on Thursday, February 9, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., at the Milton Public Library, 121 Union Street, Milton, DE  19968.

Come learn, discuss, share and even have a few laughs as we age well.  This presentation includes a 7 minute relaxation exercise and emphasizes better communication skills.

There is no fee for this session.
