Delaware Hospice's Family Support Center will offer a special workshop, entitled "Caring for Aging Pets & Pet Loss," on Saturday, February 18th, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, at the Delaware Hospice Center, 100 Patriots Way, Milford.
This workshop will examine how to improve the quality of life for our aging companions in a holistic manner and how to cope with the death of our most beloved friends. Workshop presenters are Laurie Vonasek, RN, who will discuss "Caring for Aging Pets," and Ralph Plumley, ThM, CT, who will speak on "the Grief of Pet Loss."
Those who have lost pets may bring a photo for the Remembrance Table.
