Meditation Class

The Georgetown Public Library will be offering a Meditation Class on Saturday February 6 at 10 am.  This class will cover 3 components of how to reduce your stress and anxiety:  1- Relaxed Attention Exercises, 2- Guided Visualization, and 3- Sustained Quiet Meditation.  For more information or to register for the class please call the library at 856 7958.
